Through attending weekly Celebrate Recovery meetings we learn how to identify the underlying causes of our depression. We also learn how to appropriate God’s power in eliminating them. We learn how to view life in a healthy and productive way and how to how to forgive those who have hurt us and to make amends to all the people we have hurt. Then- we can learn how to change our focus from ourselves to others. The result? Lasting freedom and permanent victory.
